My dad, who inspired me to quilt, is a baker. His birthday is next week, so I made him this bouquet of "flours". There are 13 sacks of flour (a baker's dozen) and a wooden spoon, some spatulas, and a set of measuring spoons that say pinch, dash, and smidgen. The "vase" is a flour sifter.
It has nothing to do with quilting...but I thought you might enjoy it :o)

That is very cute! Where do you get the flour sacks?
Jeni,
I actually made the flour sacks. I printed the logo's on T-shirt transfer paper and ironed them onto the muslin.
Wow. This is so clever and what a thoughtful gift.
That is absolutely adorable ~ super creative!!
c'mon, you have to give credit to Stranger Than Fiction. But an excellent execution of the idea.
This is so cool! What a great gift idea for just about anyone!
